    • The item must be returned in its original condition, free of any signs of wear, washing or use, It should be free from any stains, odors, or alterations.
    • All original tags, packaging, and any accessories that came with the product must be intact and included with the return.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned.
    • Products that have been altered, customized, or tailored are not eligible for return.
    • For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
  3. Return Process:

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
