- The item must be returned in its original condition, free of any signs of wear, washing or use, It should be free from any stains, odors, or alterations.
- All original tags, packaging, and any accessories that came with the product must be intact and included with the return.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned.
- Products that have been altered, customized, or tailored are not eligible for return.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
- Return Process:

- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Exchanges:
